About
Hi! I am Dr. Val Zayden Schull (they/them). I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. I am a nonbinary Chicane person who enjoys exercise and getting others motivated. I am here to help you move in a way that feels empowering and affirming.
Personal Training Approach and Philosophy
Getting started with fitness can often be intimidating. The great part about fitness is that it is a personal journey, and I want to be able to help you get started or continue on said journey.
The first questions I ask are: What do you like to do for fun? What movements feel right? One size does not fit all when it comes to fitness, and by getting to know you, we can collaborate in developing a plan that makes you feel more connected to your body.
Personal Training Plans
4 sessions/month
1 day a week; $0–$50/session (sliding scale). Comes with access to personal training studio based on availability.
8 sessions/month
1-2 days a week; $0–$45/session (sliding scale). Comes with access to personal training studio based on availability.
12 sessions/month
3 days a week; $0–$40/session (sliding scale). Comes with access to personal training studio based on availability.
Group Training
Have a friend who you want to do personal training with? Come together to keep each other accountable! $60–$75/session (frequency dependent). Comes with access to personal training studio based on availability.
Remote Programming
Monthly programming and weekly check-in of progress. $0–50/month (sliding scale)
Studio Access Only
$15/month. Access to the personal training studio based on availability.
